My Goals for You...
I strive to get you out of this, sometimes, gut-wrenching experience with the least pain and problems and with the fairest settlement. If there are kids, then my philosophy is “what’s best for the kids, is what’s best for you” In a community property dispute, you deserve your fair share. If we can negotiate our way through this maze, that’s first. If we have to fight, then we fight. I have been told that I do a good job for my clients. Part of why, I think, is because I not only care about what happens to you and your family, but also because I try to understand how you see things. Is this best for your children? Is this fair? Is this something you can live with?
